the advantages are to avoid having a weak bladder, reinforcing the muscle so a woman remian tight down there (coz the msucle has a tendancy to loosen up with time especially after pregnancy and childbirth).
THe tight muslce induces more male pleasure, especiallly if hte woman release and tightens during penetration.
As for how to do the exercise, imagine you're holding your stream of urine and letting go... it should be done around 10 minutes daily.
