I was interested in the kegel exercises however I was surprised at how unclear their instructions were. Exactly where is your PC muscle? It said that you will feel it when you stop peeing midway, however I tried it and all I found was that it gave a lot of pressure to my penis itself. Is it behind the anus, or in front of the anus? I would like a clear understanding of its location, thanks.

Also, exactly how do you do the exercises? Do you simply urinate and stop halfway? I found no pressure besides the penis itself. Is this what it is supposed to do? It says "flex" and "contract" the PC muscle, but how do you do this? How often should I do it?

You need to sit on a hard chair and then pull back the muscles as though you are trying not to pass urine or pass wind.
It is infront of the anus nearer to your pelvic bone.
Keep doing this and hold for 30 seconds each time.
Do up to 40 repetitions and you will develop stronger urine flow as you develop your pelvic floor muscles.
