PC MUSCLE ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ?
the other day i was reading about kegel exercises and this PC muscle. They say first u need to be able to identify the PC muscle and a good way to do that was , according to them , while u are peeing try to hold on the stream for like 10 seconds and that its not an easy task to do(thats what they said) and repeat that till you are easily able to identify the muscle u are using to stop the stream.
Now my problem is i tried to do what was written , i mean holding the stream. Well i could hold it for like hours . I mean i can stop it completely , then return back afterwards if i want .
So my problem is i cant really identify the muscle group . Its easy , so i dont even feel any muscle contracting or something .
So how am i gonna identify it ? any Suggestions ??

Well one of the ideas of the use of the PC muscle is to help with longevity during sex. So with that said try masturbating and just about the time you are ready to ejaculate try and hold it. See if you can further id the muscle group and from there work on improving the strength in it. I that doe not help at least you tried and you felt better after words.
