Am gonna get married in two months, and a few queries before that

1. Is it necessary that i need to take up few checkup like, virginity test, dental checkup, blood test? Is there some more which you can suggest

2. Though me and my fiancee planned to start our relationship after we understand each other, but when things work out well, and if we're ready, each other wanna satisfy fully. I heard something about Kegel exercise, can someone tell me what is that and how to do it, or is there a video where i can see it? What is meant by foreplay??? Can someone help me out?
